1. Nature of the Rewards Cards

  • Authenticated Coins rewards cards are free novelty promotional collectibles.

  • They are not legal tender, gift cards, coupons, or certificates.

  • They have no cash value, no store value, and no intrinsic value.

  • Ownership of a card does not create any contractual rights or obligations.

  • Rewards cards are distributed at the complete discretion of Authenticated Coins

2. Promotional Redemption

  • From time to time, Authenticated Coins may, at its sole discretion, choose to accept original rewards cards in exchange for coins, merchandise, or other promotional items.

  • Quantities, availability, required numbers of cards, and acceptance are solely at the discretion of Authenticated Coins.

  • Authenticated Coins makes no guarantee that any rewards card will be accepted for redemption.


3. Program Modification and Termination

  • This promotional program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.

  • Authenticated Coins assumes no obligation to continue or repeat any specific promotion.


4. Transferability

  • Rewards cards are intended as collectible promotional items.

  • Authenticated Coins may, at its discretion, accept or refuse cards regardless of how obtained (whether original recipient, gifted, or resold).


5. No Warranties

  • Rewards cards are provided “as is”, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind.

  • Authenticated Coins disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


6. Legal Restrictions

  • Offer is void where prohibited, restricted, or regulated by law.

  • Authenticated Coins reserves the right to deny acceptance in any jurisdiction where this promotion would require registration, bonding, or other regulatory compliance.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Authenticated Coins is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed rewards cards.

  • In no event will Authenticated Coins be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from possession or attempted use of rewards cards.


8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
